Gaming and Leisure Properties (NASDAQ: GLPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.76.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
