Citizens JMP analyst David Turkaly raised the price target on STERIS (NYSE: STE) to $280.00 (from $265.00) while maintaining a Market Outperform rating.
The analyst commented, “We reiterate our Market Outperform rating and raise our price target to $280 on shares of STERIS after updating our model post the F4Q25 call held yesterday morning. Recall, in our F4Q25 first look note (here), we highlighted that STE wrapped FY25 with a strong quarter that included a marginal beat on the top line and ~5% bottom-line upside. For the year, the company once again delivered mid-single-digit sales growth (+6% y/y cc) and double-digit EPS growth (+12% y/y), in line with its historical profile. This was achieved due to solid execution, including positive price, mix, productivity gains, and lower interest expense (from B/S de-leveraging) in the finale, and in totality, eclipsing some notable headwinds, including the dental divestiture and higher input costs.”
