Virtus Investment Partners (NYSE: VRTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.25 per share, or $9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
