Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2025, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2025.
