Citizens JMP analyst Roy Buchanan reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $12.00 price target on Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: INO).
The analyst commented, “Stability testing for the device array is underway, cash is expected to be sufficient beyond BLA acceptance; we reiterate our Market Outperform rating and risk-adjusted, DCF-derived $12 price target on Inovio Pharmaceuticals. Inovio reported 1Q25 results slightly ahead of our and consensus estimates on lower-than-anticipated expenses. Cash at quarter-end was $68M and management reiterated runway guidance into 1Q26. Inovio also reiterated that it remains on track for starting the BLA submission for INO-3107 to treat recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) such that it can be filed by YE. We continue to expect INO-3107 to gain priority review due to the Breakthrough Therapy designation. While the new FDA administration is a wild card, management's discussions with the agency to date have been consistent with prior communications.”
