RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2025, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
