(MSIF) Declares $0.35 Quarterly Dividend; 9.1% Yield

(NYSE: MSIF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.1 percent.

In addition to the regular quarterly dividend, the Board of Directors declared a supplemental quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable in August 2025. This supplemental cash dividend will be paid out of the Company's undistributed taxable income (taxable income in excess of dividends paid) as of March 31, 2025.
