RBC Capital analyst Matthew Hedberg raised the price target on Qualys (NASDAQ: QLYS) to $140.00 (from $131.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Good results vs low expectations; Qualys delivered a good start to the year vs. expectations highlighted by +10% revenue growth and almost 400 bps of OM outperformance. Some uncertainty was noted at the end of the quarter and while guidance did take into account increased budget uncertainty and a more challenging new business environment, CY/25 revenue/EPS guidance moved higher at the midpoint. Beyond the numbers, we thought the commentary around Risk Operations Center was interesting, though most likely a more meaningful CY/26 opportunity. We increase our PT to $140 from $131 on slightly higher estimates."
