H.C. Wainwright analyst Heiko Ihle raised the price target on Solaris Resources Inc. (NYSE: SLSR) to $11.00 (from $10.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "On April 22, Solaris announced the completion of its drilling campaign at Warintza. We note that the firm completed over 82,000 meters (m) of infill drilling between January 2024 and February 2025, with its updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) expected to be released in 3Q25. In our view, the successful drill program should ultimately help in upgrading a notable amount of Inferred Resources to the Measured & Indicated Resource category. We also highlight that the firm's drilling campaign included over 15,000m of geotechnical, hydrogeological, and metallurgical holes that should support future technical studies for Warintza. To date, Solaris has drilled over 200,000m across the Warintza Central and East porphyry systems. This drilling has supported a flexible mine plan that is defined by near-surface mineralization which should also reduce initial CapEx requirements. We stress that Solaris is simultaneously advancing its Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), with completion also targeted for 3Q25. This study is expected to transition into a Feasibility Study that can assess an optimized and fundable development plan. Reiterate Buy rating and increase PT to $11 from $10."
