Macquarie analyst Aaron Lee raised the price target on Roblox Corp. (NYSE: RBLX) to $80.00 (from $76.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "A growth name in an uncertain environment. RBLX continues to display impressive growth and momentum, and we believe it is wellequipped to navigate a turbulent macro environment. In our view, RBLX is delivering on nearly every metric such as top-line growth, user growth, operating leverage, and engagement, while also showing positive trends in areas like growth of the older demographic and broadening of genres and spending. With a business model that is insulated from the boom-andbust production cycles of traditional game publishers and benefits from the flywheel of content/social as well as ongoing platform enhancements (e.g., monetization, tech, AI), we continue to view RBLX as an attractive, long-term investment opportunity. We see little getting in the way of the current momentum other than tougher comps and potential macro uncertainty; on the latter, we believe the 1Q results and management commentary show no signs of macro impact. • RBLX reported a strong 1Q beat and raised 2025 guidance. Revenue and EBITDA both were above the high end of guidance as revenue jumped 31% YoY and DAUs rose 26% YoY to ~98m. Hours engaged increased 30% to 21.7bn, while average bookings/DAU grew 4% YoY (6% CC). Given the 1Q beat, RBLX raised 2025 guidance and now expects revs of $5,285-5,360m (vs. $5,200-5,300 prior) and adjusted EBITDA of $1,050-1,110m (vs. $1,015-1,090m prior)."
