Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.04), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $656 million versus the consensus estimate of $715.84 million.

GUIDANCE:

Costar Group sees FY2025 revenue of $3.115-3.155 billion, versus the consensus of $3.149 billion.

Costar Group sees Q2 2025 revenue of $770-775 million, versus the consensus of $785 million.
