Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Steven Seedhouse initiates coverage on Editas Medicine (NASDAQ: ATXS) with a Overweight rating and a price target of $47.00.
The analyst comments "We are initiating coverage of ATXS with an Overweight rating and $47 Price Target. We expect lead YTE-modified antikallikrein antibody navenibart to be more efficacious (at high dose regimen, 600mg Q3M) than any other therapeutic approved or in development for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Q3M (and Q6M even moreso for those whose efficacy doesn't wane) is a meaningful difference in convenience vs. other therapies. HAE patients have shown propensity to start or switch to therapies that are more convenient (Takhzyro vs. Haegarda, Orladeyo vs. injectables). Astria has an OX40 antibody too."
