UPWARD MOVERS:
NYMEX Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NMX) +$4.21; The publicly traded exchanges have moved higher recently after reporting record daily trading volumes.

Investment Technology Group (NYSE: ITG) +$3.10; DE Shaw raised its stake and urged the company to consider a sale.

Molson Coors Brewing (NYSE: TAP) +$2.31; Banc of America increases earnings estimates.

Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD) +$1.88; Said it now expects record second quarter revenue with sequential growth of 3 to 5% with comparable gross profit improvement. Previously, the Company projected second quarter revenue to increase 2 to 5% sequentially.

Horizon Offshore (Nasdaq: HOFF) +$1.85; Entered into a definitive merger agreement with Cal Dive International, Inc. (NYSE: DVR). Under the terms of the agreement, Horizon stockholders will receive in the merger, aggregate total consideration equal to 0.625 shares of Cal Dive common stock and $9.25 in cash for each share of Horizon common stock outstanding, or an estimated total of 20.4 million Cal Dive shares and $302.5 million in cash.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) -$6.45; Stock lower with no specific news reports.

Haynes International (Nasdaq: HAYN) -$3.40; Announced that the tentative collective bargaining agreement between the Company and the United Steelworkers Local 2958 (USW) was not ratified by the membership of the USW. The Company and the USW intend to execute an agreement to extend the current labor agreement, which expired at midnight on June 11, 2007. The 514 employees at the Company's Kokomo, Indiana plant and the Lebanon, Indiana service center will continue to work under the extended agreement, which will expire on June 30, 2007.

American Commercial Lines Inc. (Nasdaq: ACLI) -$2.44; Company lowering its earnings guidance for the year ending December 31, 2007 to $1.45 to $1.65 in earnings per share for 2007 versus the current street consensus of $1.84. The Company's previous guidance for 2007 was $1.75 to $1.95. Merrill Lynch downgraded the stock this morning.

AZZ incorporated (NYSE: AZZ) -$2.65; Stock down with no specific news reports. Industrial Electrical Equipment Sector/Industry down 0.50% today.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) -$2.29; Reuters reports USU has denied a media report that it was struggling to survive, but said financing problems could delay work on a new centrifuge project.
