Phillips 66 (PSX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.3% to $1.20; 4.9% Yield

Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.20 per share, or $4.8 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.15.
The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2025, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
