DA Davidson analyst Manuel Navas lowered the price target on F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) to $17.00 (from $19.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "FNB's 1Q25 results profiled strong PPNR on B/S growth and wellcontained credit trends. Shares rose +3% on the print as PPNR/EPS beat and FNB maintained its '25E outlook unchanged even while nodding to tariff uncertainty. We maintain our EPS unchanged, and see potential upside on NIM/NII given neutral B/S positioning and Fees/ loan growth if tariff uncertainty lifts. We believe that supports a strong return profile that is trading too cheaply at 1.2x TBV, 7.2x '26E, and 1.0x '26E TBV for above-peer returns ('26E of 1.8% PPNR ROA & 15% ROTCE). Given 35% upside to PT, we reiterate BUY."
