Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali lowered the price target on The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) to $95.00 (from $130.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "1Q25 Likely Inline/Lowering 2Q25 and FY25 Ests on Tariffs, Softening Consumer; We expect TTD to report 1Q results in line with current consensus, reflecting above industry growth but a material Q/Q slowdown on internal mishaps and slower Kokai adoption. We're also lowering our 2Q25 and FY25 ests on the imposition of tariffs, which are likely to adversely impact spend on important verticals for TTD like Autos and Retail, and on softening consumer sentiment. which if sustained could adversely impact verticals like Food & Drink and Health & Fitness. With the stock off 59% YTD vs. the S&P 500 off 10%, we believe that the stock has been relatively de-risked trading at 8x EV/Revs and 21x EV/AEBITDA."
