Citizens JMP analyst Steven DeLaney lowered the price target on MFA Financial Inc. (NYSE: MFA) to $12.00 (from $12.50) while maintaining a Market Outperform rating.

The analyst commented, “We lower our price target on shares of MFA Financial, Inc. (MFA) to $12.00 (0.91x current estimated book value) from $12.50 (based on our prior target P/BV of 0.89x).”
