Winmark Corp (NASDAQ: WINA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per share, or $3.84 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2025, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2025.
