SIGA Technologies (NASDAQ: SIGA) declared a special dividend of $0.60 per share.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.3 percent.
