Citizens JMP analyst Daniel Stauder reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $60.00 price target on AtriCure Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRC).
The analyst commented, “We reiterate our Market Outperform rating and $60 price target on AtriCure after attending the company's Investor Day at its Mason, Ohio headquarters, which included market and product perspectives from several surgeon key opinion leaders, detailed overviews of ATRC's businesses and addressable markets, insight into its clinical efforts, and management's long-term financial goals.”
Also, “Subsequent to the event, we remain bullish on the company's prospects for durable revenue growth accompanied by meaningful profitability improvement in the years ahead. Management's new long-term financial guidance calls for sales of $750+ mln in 2028 as well as $1.0 bln in 2030, representing CAGRs of ~12%-13% and ~13%-14%, respectively, compared to 2024. With our revenue estimates calling for ~12% y/ y growth in both FY25 and FY26, ATRC's new LRP would imply an acceleration of growth to reach its 2028 and 2030 targets, which we believe is achievable (with potential for upside) provided the robust pipeline of innovation and clinical work outlined during the event.”
