Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ross Osborn reiterated an Overweight rating and lowered the price target to $9.00 from the prior $12.00 on Nano-X Imaging (NASDAQ: NNOX).
The analyst commented, “We reiterate our Overweight rating while we lower our 12-month price target on Nano-X (NNOX) to $9 from $12 following the company reporting 4Q24 operating results and providing corporate updates. Specifically, NNOX reported revenue of $3.0 million (Cantor $4.1 million / FactSet consensus $3.7 million), representing YoY growth of ~25%. Revenue was driven by NNOX's teleradiology services, which increased ~23% YoY to $2.8 million, while AI solutions decreased ~1% YoY to $83 thousand. Additionally, NNOX generated revenue through the sales and deployment of its imaging systems, totaling $136 thousand in revenue for the quarter, driven by ARC deployments in the U.S. and 2D systems in Africa. Accordingly, with U.S. deployments set to ramp, supported by the expanded indication for general scans and next-gen devices under FDA review, we reiterate our OW rating.”
