Raymond James analyst James Rollyson reiterated a Strong Buy rating and $19.00 price target on Select Water Solutions, Inc (NYSE: WTTR)
The analyst comments "While Select’s share price has shown flashes of the market understanding its growing Water Infrastructure business, periodic disappointments from its historically more oilfield services-driven businesses continue to create a valuation gap that we think provides opportunities. When one steps back and evaluates its Water Infrastructure business on a standalone basis, the value proposition becomes quite clear relative to where its closest competitor trades. Given the recent weakness in share price that ties to a slower start to 2025 and perhaps some macro noise, we’re reiterating our Strong Buy rating and 12-month target price of $19/share, which as detailed in this note is largely carried by the Water Infrastructure business if valued comparably to its main publicly traded peer. See our most recent note for full valuation information."
