Southern Michigan Bancorp (SOMC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.16; 3.4% Yield

Southern Michigan Bancorp (OTC: SOMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 4, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
