Fulton Financial (FULT) Declares $0.18 Quarterly Dividend; 3.9% Yield

Fulton Financial (NASDAQ: FULT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 1, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 31, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.

In addition, Fulton announced that the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $12.81 per share (equivalent to $0.32025 per depositary share) on its Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025, for the period from and including January 15, 2025, to but excluding, April 15, 2025.
