BofA Securities analyst Ronald Epstein raised the price target on HEICO (NYSE: HEI) to $320.00 (from $285.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Starting the year, investors speculated growth in the aftermarket would slow and favored OE exposure. HEI challenged this assumption reporting 1QFY2025 revenue of $1,030mn (up ~15% Y/Y) and expanding margin ~190bps Y/Y. HEI has since rerated 14% following the 2/26 print vs. the S&P500 down ~2%. We continue to see HEI’s value proposition as a “complete supplier” and cost-savings generator as a winning strategy to attract new customers while sustaining demand from existing. We reiterate our Buy rating and increase our estimates, PO to $320 (prior $285). Our $320 PO is derived from a 2.4x (prior 2.6x) rel. P/FCF multiple to the S&P500 on CY2026E (prior CY2025E)."
