CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. (OTC: CNBB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on April 11, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
