W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.1% to $0.89; 5.8% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.89 per share, or $3.56 annualized. This is a 1.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.88.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
