InvenTrust Properties Corp (NYSE: IVT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2376 per share, or $0.9504 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2275.

The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.
