RBC Capital analyst Rishi Jaluria reiterated an Underperform rating and $10.00 price target on Asana (NYSE: ASAN).
The analyst commented: "Disappointing Growth Outlook as Tech Vertical Challenges Continue; Asana reported a rough quarter, leading shares down 28% after-hours. Q4 revenue upside was muted, NRR deteriorated further as tech customers show limited net expansion, but RPO accelerated (partially from multiyear deal impacts). Next, Asana announced co-founder and CEO Dustin Moskovitz will retire once a replacement has been named, and transition to Chair of the company. FY26 revenue guidance was below consensus and disappointed, and while an outlook of 5% operating margins was well ahead, we do not think this is enough to get investors excited. We remain Underperform with renewed signs of macro headwinds."
