BMO Capital analyst Keith Bachman lowered the price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) to $175.00 (from $205.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Good Longer-term Trajectory; Our FY26 estimates and price target are moving lower, but our bias remains positive. We had previously written that we thought FY26 margins would move lower based on higher depreciation, and thus we look at comments around FY26 margins more as a clearing event though the ramp of FY27 margins remains a question. We project 13.5% y/y FY26 rev growth vs. management guidance of ~15% y/y. Our new target price is $175, and we remain Market Perform. We have not yet published FY27 estimates, and this could shape our views."
