Eastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
