MFA Financial (MFA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.36; 13.5% Yield

MFA Financial (NYSE: MFA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 13.5 percent.
