Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.38 per share, or $9.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 6, 2025, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
