Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ross Osborn raised the price target on Oranogenesis Holdings (NASDAQ: ORGO) to $6.00 (from $5.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented, “the company” reported “a 4Q24 beat and establishing strong 2025 guidance. Specifically, ORGO reported total revenue of $126.7 million (Cantor $114.4 million / FactSet Consensus $107.2 million), representing YoY growth of ~27%, driven by a ~27% increase in advanced wound care products to $118.6 million. Turning to guidance, ORGO established 2025 revenue guidance in the range of $480.0 million to $535.0 million (Cantor $448.0 million / FactSet consensus $481.2 million), representing YoY growth of ~flat to 11%.”
Also, “Guidance assumes a challenging 1H25 with a significant improvement following the skin substitute LCD implementation in April. Putting it all together, we believe ORGO is set up to take wound market share, given ~180 skin substitute products will now be prohibited to receive reimbursement from Medicare, with ORGO's Affinity, Apligraf, and Dermagraft products on the covered list for reimbursement.
