Goldman Sachs BDC (NYSE: GSBD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10 percent.
