RBC Capital analyst Matthew Hedberg raised the price target on Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) to $221.00 (from $210.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Snowflake delivered strong results highlighted by product revenue growth of +28% vs. consensus at +24%. We liked the continued favorable trends around large customers, stable consumption patterns and new product traction. Initial FY/26 guidance was bullish and reflected +24% product growth vs. consensus at +23%; we believe growth could approach 30% on building trends into the 2H/26. Maintain our OP rating and increase our PT to $221 from $210 on higher estimates as we remain bullish on the opportunity. SNOW remains our top large-cap pick for 2025."
