Virtus Investment Partners (NYSE: VRTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.25 per share, or $9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
