Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.005 per share, or $4.02 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.995.

The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
