Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ross Osborn reiterated an Overweight rating and $25.00 price target on SI-BONE Inc. (NASDAQ: SIBN).
The analyst commented, "We reiterate our Overweight rating and our 12- month $25 price target on SI-BONE (SIBN) following the company reporting comprehensive 4Q24 operating results and establishing FY25 guidance. Specifically, SIBN reported 4Q24 revenue of $49.0 million (time of the preannouncement: Cantor $46.8 million / FactSet consensus $46.9 million), representing YoY growth of 26% driven by U.S. revenue, which grew ~27% YoY to $46.9 million. The company had ~1,400 active U.S. surgeons (+~23% YoY) in the quarter, as the company's sales representatives generated production of ~$1.8 million per representative during the quarter, up ~13% YoY. SIBN established 2025 revenue guidance in the range of $193.5 million to $195.5 million, representing YoY growth of ~16% to ~17%. Looking to 2025E, we believe SIBN is set up well to beat expectations given the company's expanding product portfolio and early success in driving adoption with the interventional community. Accordingly, with shares trading at 3.2x CY25E EV/revenue versus 4.6x for the company's high-growth MedTech peers, we reiterate our OW rating on SIBN."
