TD Cowen analyst Oliver Chen raised the price target on Walmart (NYSE: WMT) to $115.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Buy Opportunity on Pullback; Stability & Solid FY26 Momentum. Stock traded down (MSD%) following a 4Q EPS beat at 66c vs. Street's 65c as WMT's guide for 1Q26 EPS at 57-58cc and FY26 EPS at $2.50-2.60 was introduced below Street's 64c and $2.77, respectively. During our callback, WMT underscored the stable momentum in their business and that the FY guide serves as a conservative baseline for the year.
Stock movement not surprising given WMT's 35x P/E vs. 3-year average of 24x. We view the pullback as a buy opportunity given as the flywheel has plenty of catalysts to drive deeper momentum as WMT executes on grocery, value, supply chain, delivery, and high margin marketplace and advertising."
