TD Cowen analyst James Schumm lowered the price target on Clean Harbors (NYSE: CLH) to $300.00 (from $325.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst commented: "Guidance Weighs on the Stock; '25 guidance was virtually in-line but 1Q guidance was weak as the company blamed winter weather. In addition, another negative revision for SKSS has investors searching for the bottom and grappling with more uncertainty than desired. However, we think the 11% stock decline over the past 3 months is overdone and see a very positive risk/reward with multiple paths for positive estimate revisions.

We are lowering our 2025-2030 EBITDA estimates by 2-3% on average as a result of the company's 1Q and 2025 guidance. As a result of reduced estimates and a higher WACC (8% vs. 7.75% prior) we are lowering our DCF-based PT to $300 from $325. Our new target represents 13.9x our 2026 EV/EBITDA."
