Stifel analyst Brian J. Butler lowered the price target on Clean Harbors (NYSE: CLH) to $285.00 (from $290.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "We reiterate our Buy rating and revise our Target Price to $285 on Clean Harbors (CLH, Buy, $219.80). After delivering 4Q24 results, which handily beat consensus and our estimates, the FY25 guidance appeared conservative, bogged down by a relative weaker 1Q within ES and further spread compression within SKSS. We see multiple avenues for upside realization: New large ER project work, which totaled $15mm in FY24, but was assumed at zero in FY25 guidance, further ramp in PFAS related sales (local, state or federally driven), on-shoring, and improvement in manufacturing/IP, which would drive better volumes into the ES network and also support a better base oil and lubricant price in SKSS."
