Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.268 per share, or $3.216 annualized. This is a 1.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.264.

The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 3, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
