Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4675 per share, or $1.87 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.465.

The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2025.
