Quad/Graphics (QUAD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.075; 4.4% Yield

Quad/Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
