Raymond James analyst Alexander Sklar raised the price target on Q2 Holdings (NYSE: QTWO) to $110.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.

The analyst comments: "We reiterate our Outperform rating on QTWO following 4Q24 results that factored a broad-based beat, higher 2025 outlook, but with a modest offset to the implied 2026 outlook. While we suspect there is likely some early conservative posturing as it relates to 2026, we came away encouraged from the close to 2024 (2nd highest bookings quarter ever and highest renewal quarter) and positive pipeline commentary (including the potential return of larger enterprise deals) for 2025. With a strong demand environment persisting for QTWO’s solutions, our confidence in QTWO’s ability maintain its higher win rates and in turn a more consistent growth profile for the next several years remains. We also continue to see a longer-term fundamental story from its improving profitability profile (+65% incremental EBIT margins and inflecting GAAP NI), and we remain positive on shares trading at ~31x our 2026E EBITDA/7x current ARR."
