TD Cowen analyst Yaron Werber raised the price target on Spring Works Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SWTX) to $66.00 (from $63.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Gomekli approved for adult/ped NF1-PN – Merck KGaA makes sense; Gomekli differentiated for adult/ped NF1-PN vs AZN's Koselugo on safety: no GI tox, CPK increase, vit E increase/bleeding or DDIs, but has embryo-fetal tox warning. Strong Koselugo sales (peds only) highlights large global NF1-PN opp'y. EU approval/launch in late '25. Merck KgaA in talks to acquire SWTX. $6-7.5B takeout ($80-100/share) based on 4-5x $1.5B peak sales makes sense. New PT $66."
