BMO Capital analyst Evan David Seigerman raised the price target on Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) to $115.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "IRA Headwinds Not Enough to Slow Down GILD — More Growth Coming in 25; A solid end to 2024 positions Gilead strong into 2025 with a focus on the launch of long-acting PrEP. Momentum is strong with ~16% YoY growth in the PrEP market, pointing to continued dominance in the space. The Gilead upside story is achievable, even with headwinds from Part D reform, FX, and lower Veklury sales. We're further encouraged with Trodelvy (+24% YoY) outperformance and the newly launched Livdelzi. In the world of BioPharma, Gilead's topline growth of 5–6% and growing dividend at a reasonable P/E support our OP rating."
