Stephens analyst Charles Nabhan lowered the price target on Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) to $90.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.

The analyst commented: "We attribute the sell-off in shares to a soft '25 guide, which was weaker than expected on margin and FCF, and back-end loaded from a revenue standpoint. While the adj. revenue outlook remains in-line w/ investor day targets, project delays (which contributed to the 4Q rev miss) remain a headwind in the near-term, with the 1Q guide coming in below expectations. Further, sub-optimal working capital management, higher capex, and Worldpay dis-synergies remain headwinds to FCF and margin in the coming year. WIth the demand environment still stable, and sales initiatives gaining early traction w/ +9% ACV, our medium to long-term thesis around FIS remains in-tact. With that said, however, we view FIS as a wait and see story in the near-term, with the pressure now on mgmt to deliver results through the year."
