ARMOUR Residential REIT (NYSE: ARR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $2.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15.1 percent.
